John 10:27 ESV
My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me.

John 10:27-
John 10:27–29 ESV
My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me. I give them eternal life, and they will never perish, and no one will snatch them out of my hand. My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all, and no one is able to snatch them out of the Father’s hand.
Why are considered as Sheep?
Jesus compares us to sheep is not a compliment.
Sheep are among the dumbest of all creatures. Most animals, in many cases, will survive if released into the wild. They will learn to fend for themselves and make it. But a sheep released into the wild cannot survive.
That Jesus compares us to sheep is not a compliment, by the way. Sheep are among the dumbest of all creatures. Most animals, in many cases, will survive if released into the wild. They will learn to fend for themselves and make it. But a sheep released into the wild cannot survive. Sheep have no survival skills whatsoever. They are totally dependent upon the shepherd - just like we are. The sheep come to know that when the shepherd speaks they should follow because his plan for them is better than their plan for themselves.

In the Bible, anytime you see a sheep, it's usually straying (; ) or being slain (; ) in one way or another -- unless, and only unless, it's under the care of a good shepherd.

Sheep are helpless, vulnerable, willful, and stupid. The sentimental notion that God sees us as sheep because we're so sweet and lovable evidently came from someone who'd never worked with the little four-legged lawnmowers.

Thank God we can have a good shepherd (; ). If we learn to know ourselves at all, we'll stay close, and follow without swerving.

“And if you faithfully obey the voice of the Lord your God, being careful to do all his commandments that I command you today, the Lord your God will set you high above all the nations of the earth. And all these blessings shall come upon you and overtake you, if you obey the voice of the Lord your God.
Deuteronomy 28:
Matthew 7:24 ESV
“Everyone then who hears these words of mine and does them will be like a wise man who built his house on the rock.
God’s voice became flesh
We hear His voice through his Word! (He’s trying to Text us)
He speaks through his word!
2 Timothy 3:16–17 ESV
All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, equipped for every good work.
2 Timothy

Ewe (Female Sheep - yoo) - Ram (Male Sheep) - Wether (Male sheep that has been castrated) - Lamb (Baby Sheep)
This is the beauty about the Shepard… He knows me! Everything about me.
3. They Follow Me.
Daily practices!!!
I’m willing to sacrifice - I’m willing to love things less.
