I think it is good that we have a renewed emphasis on victims.

As such our culture is actually moving closer to Jesus…who led the way when it comes to embracing the victim as well redeeming the victimizer.

Engage: At times I must confess, I am puzzled.

Why is there so much evidence of discontent by the richest people in the most affluent society in history?

How do so many fall through the cracks in that same society, discarded and destitute?

Can we fix it?

Can we even identify what the real problems are?

A lady who was as lost as a harassing Hollywood mogul, as lost as a homeless beggar.

As confounded and confused as a religious drifter.

He changed her life.

He changed that community.

He showed love & compassion, toughness & tenderness, purity & perspective-he even used humor & humility.

If you want the truth, you can find the truth.

However for many seekers the conflict is comforting and reinforces indecisiveness.
