The author of Hebrews is writing here in chapter 5 and into chapter 6 out of grave concern that they are not grasping what he is saying to them and he is concerned that they have not matured in their faith. When we see an adult acting like a child, we say why don’t you grow up act your age. This message will draw some lessons from this passage of scripture that will benefit us.
