Theme: The Israelites - the chosen people of blessing, in relationship with God, to suffer for the glory of God. The darker that the times become the more the Lord wants to show His power and His love to the nations and to His people. He places us into darker times to show us His glory, His love, His power. So, whenever we face darker trials, pains and things outside of our control, we must understand that God knows what He’s doing, and He lets us go into these darker things, but they are the valleys of the shadows of death, we fear no evil because God is with us.
