A child is born and a son is given

The fact that God has given us a Savior is good news for all people.
This means Jesus can be anyone’s savior.
It doesn’t matter your race, social status, your education level, or how bad you are.
Jesus can save you from your sin and give you eternal life.
What does it mean to be saved?
We have all broken God’s law, because we have a spirit of sin.
We have inherited that from Adam.
For since by a man came death, by a man also came the resurrection of the dead.

Because we have sinned, our punishment is eternal death in the lake of fire.
And if anyone's name was not found written in the book of life, he was thrown into the lake of fire.
God gave us his Son Jesus to take away the punishment for our sin.
He paid the price by dying on a Roman cross bearing our sin punishment and was resurrected from the dead.

You and I can be saved only by confessing our sins and placing our faith in God’s son, Jesus Christ who died  and paid for our sins on the cross.
We must also surrender our life to His lordship… placing him in charge of every area of our life because we now belong to him.
Confession 9 If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
Faith 8 For by grace you have been saved through faith; and [a]that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God; 9 not as a result of works, so that no one may boast.
Call on the name of the Lord this morning.
Ask him to forgive you and save you.
Place your faith and trust in him.
Give him your life this morning!
