The finished and unfinished work
Jesus said it is finished. He fulfilled the law and restored us back to divine favor as well as the divine appointment, which was to be fruitful, multiply, replenish, subdue the earth and have dominion over every living thing.
Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.
And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.
Jesus saith unto them, My meat is to do the will of him that sent me, and to finish his work.
I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith: Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing.

Unfinished work gives opportunity for the enemy to mock (ridicule)
