Introduction
Our service tonight is for us to return thanks to the Lord for what He has done.
We have much to be thankful for.
Of course, this building is one of the many things that we should be thankful for.
We should be thankful for the $31,000 that came in this past Sunday.
There are many things that I could mention tonight, but it would be better to hear from you.
Before we start, I want to share some scripture with you to get us thinking about thanksgiving.
Psalm 107:
Does anyone have something that they are thankful for?
Who else has something to share?
Who else has something to share?
1 Corinthians
When it comes to thanksgiving, our greatest thanks should be for our salvation.
On the night when Jesus was betrayed, he took the bread and the cup and gave thanks.
Then he told the disciples to eat the bread and drink the cup in remembrance of Him.
Let’s express our thanks to the Lord as we take the Lord’s supper.
We are going to have a time for you to meditate on the Lord’s sacrifice, you are welcome to come to the altar.
Then, I will give thanks for the bread and the cup.
After I pray, I encourage you to come as family or friends in groups of no more than six and observe the Lord’s supper.
After taking the bread and cup, please be seated and wait until everyone has finished.
Time of meditation/prayer.

Lord’s Supper
We know that Jesus did not stay dead, but He was raised from the dead.
The Lord gives us a promise that is worthy of our thanks in 2 Corinthians 4:14-15.
2 Corinthians 4:
God bless you and keep you.
May you have a wonderful day with family as you give thanks tomorrow.
You are dismissed.
