A Picture from my Childhood

2 Corinthians 5:17 NIV
Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!
2
Galatians 2:20 NIV
I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.
Reflection Questions:
1. What traditions do you have in your family? What do those traditions mean to you?
2. Like Pharaoh, are my actions and choices hurting others or are they blessing them?
3. What can you learn from the traditions of Passover and consecration of the first born?
4. Look in your own hearts, has Jesus just paid your debtor or has he changed the debtor too?
5. What changes do I need to make in the way I see myself in order to reflect my true identity in Christ?
Challenge: Find a mentor and find a mentee. A mentor mentee relationship doesn’t have to be a older mentor to younger mentee relationship. Think of this as a spiritual friend.
