Good morning West Park.
My Name is Corey Brown - I’m the Pastor of Worship and Young Adults here.

Sermon Intro
Its almost Christmas day - we’re 2 weeks out from Christmas Eve, which means that families are getting together for nice turkey or ham dinners, Kids are making snowflake crafts at school, Companies are having Christmas Parties and looking forward to Christmas bonus’s, and of course
Crazy is happening all over the place.
Moms are frantically doing last minute shopping for Christmas gifts, Students are looking forward to the end of school before the break, becoming more and more agitated each passing hour, Dads are lazing about waiting for Dec 23rd and 24th to run to the mall saying I should have started shopping earlier.
and kids are waiting in great anticipation to see if their Letter and requests will be answered early Christmas morning.
Have you noticed how crazy busy we get during Christmas.
How frantic we become in this holiday.
I know that Christmas is about Peace on Earth and good will to those on whom god’s favour rests - but we tend not to live very peaceful lives.
Today we are going to look at the first Christmas, the event that began the greatest life ever lived, and the attitude we should have in order to make the most of Christmas.
