Good morning, please turn with me in your Bibles this morning to the book of Ephesians. One reason I love the book of Ephesians is because it deals with the true identity of believers. It is a storehouse of encouragement for the Christian but it also is a call for those who are blood bought saints redeemed in Christ to live in light of who they are spiritually not who they have always been in this life.
YOU ARE NOT WHO YOU USED TO BE NEW BELIEVER!
YOU ARE NOT SIMPLY A CHURCH GOER/MEMBER!
We dont need to have a temoral view of who we are because when we have a small view of ourselves and what were actually doing here we fall so incredibly short of what God desires for us.
We are something altogether different in Christ God’s word tells us that
2 Corinthians 5:17 ESV
Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come.
If you have been born again you are now completely different on the inside, the Holy Spirit has taken up residence in that old heart of yours and wants to empower you to live for Jesus, walk with Jesus, and make you look like Jesus!
God didn’t redeem you in order to leave you like He found you! He desires for your life to IMPACT eternity!
I’d like to speak with you on this subject this morning:

Deeper: Discovering who you are, living out your purpose, and walking in the power of God.
