God did everything that would be needed for success.

God selected and prepared the place of planting

My beloved had a vineyard

God selected the vine.

on a very fertile hill.

God provided an ideal environment for growth

Count 2 - Rebellion

God gave Israel the Law and the Prophets to prepare them for Christ

Christ came with gentleness and compassion

Israel rejected the Gospel and refused to follow Christ’s exhortations, as well as those of His Witnesses, the Apostles.

Israel obstructed the Church in its mission, attacking its leaders and seeking to overthrow the ministry.

and planted it with choice vines;
