Prayer That Changes

Colossians 4:2

I.          WHEN CHRISTIANS CONTINUE IN PRAYER THEY FIND THEMSELVES CHANGING.

            A. Criteria for change.

                        1. Our attitude in prayer (selfish or un-selfish)

                        2. Confession & repentance

            B. Effects of change.

                        Thanksgiving for whatever.  2 Cor. 11:9

II.            WATCHING IN PRAYER BRINGS DEEPER UNDERSATNDING.

            A. Christians that do not watch in prayer have little understanding of the ways of God in their lives.

            B. When we understand what God is doing we are naturally led to more continued prayer.
