In June 25, 1962 The US Supreme Court Ruled prayer in public schools is unconstitutional.
(Thats because the Church was sleep)
On June 26,2015 the Supreme Court ruled that states cannot ban same-sex marriage.
(50 yrs later the Church is still sleep)
From 1979 to 2007, seven percent of men and 16 percent of women with middle-skill jobs lost their positions, according to the Dallas Fed study.
Four percent of these men moved to low-skill work, and 3 percent moved to high-skill jobs.
Almost all the women, 15 percent, moved into high-skill jobs, with only 1 percent moving to low-skill work.

In a 2016 paper, David Autor, an economist at M.I.T., and four co-authors, measured academic and economic outcomes of brothers and sisters in Florida born in the decade between 1992 and 2002.
For boys and girls raised in two-parent households, there were only modest differences between the sexes in terms of success at school, and boys tended to earn more than their sisters in early adulthood.
Among children raised in single-parent households, however, boys performed significantly less well than their sisters in school, and their employment rate as young adults was lower.
“Relative to their sisters,” Autor and his collaborators wrote, “boys born to disadvantaged families” — with disadvantage measured here by mother’s marital status and education — “have higher rates of disciplinary problems, lower achievement scores, and fewer high-school completions.”
When the children in the study reached early adulthood, the same pattern emerged in employment: Employment rates of young women are nearly invariant to family marital status, while the employment rates of young adult men from non-married families are eight to ten percentage points below those from married families at all income levels.
Autor and his co-authors conclude that family structure “is more consequential for the skills development and labor market outcomes of boys than girls.”
While marriages are breaking up more in the working class, an extensive study of divorce found that “infidelity, domestic violence, and substance abuse were the most often endorsed ‘final straw’ reasons” for the dissolution of marriages.
These are all behaviors that men from disrupted families — who often have difficulty holding relationships together — frequently demonstrate.

In one of the opening scenes of this section, a woman plays the role that women continue to play in the accounts of Jesus’ death, burial and resurrection: a foil that reveals the inadequate commitment of the male disciples.
But most significant, her sacrifice provides a stark contrast to Judas’s determination to profit somehow from Jesus, and his ultimate betrayal of Jesus to his enemies.
Jesus suffering at the hands of a close associate and disciple should encourage us when we experience rejection from those we seek to help.
Please Note that most of the male disciples failed to stand firm during the time Jesus needed them the most..
This should challenge us to watch and pray that we may be ready for testing.
Whats Interesting to see here is, that all 12 men called by Jesus all had careers that they where doing very well at, and forsook them to follow.
Butttttt None of them where delivered from the devil that was in them,
NIV  Then Jesus replied, “Have I not chosen you, the Twelve?
Yet one of you is a devil!” 71 (He meant Judas, the son of Simon Iscariot, who, though one of the Twelve, was later to betray him.)
NLT ().
The disciples looked at each other, wondering whom he could mean.
23 The disciple Jesus loved was sitting next to Jesus at the table.*
24 Simon Peter motioned to him to ask, “Who’s he talking about?” 25 So that disciple leaned over to Jesus and asked, “Lord, who is it?”
26 Jesus responded, “It is the one to whom I give the bread I dip in the bowl.”
And when he had dipped it, he gave it to Judas, son of Simon Iscariot.
27 When Judas had eaten the bread, Satan entered into him.
Then Jesus told him, “Hurry and do what you’re going to do.”
NIV  When evening came, Jesus arrived with the Twelve.
18 While they were reclining at the table eating, he said, “Truly I tell you, one of you will betray me—one who is eating with me.” 19 They were saddened, and one by one they said to him, “Surely you don’t mean me?” NLT () for he wanted to spend more time with his disciples and teach them.
He said to them, “The Son of Man is going to be betrayed into the hands of his enemies.
He will be killed, but three days later he will rise from the dead.”
32 They didn’t understand what he was saying, however, and they were afraid to ask him what he meant.
33 After they arrived at Capernaum and settled in a house, Jesus asked his disciples, “What were you discussing out on the road?” 34 But they didn’t answer, because they had been arguing about which of them was the greatest.
35 He sat down, called the twelve disciples over to him, and said, “Whoever wants to be first must take last place and be the servant of everyone else.”

These are examples of the disciples sleeping on Jesus, AND BECOMING DRUNK WITH ambition to the point that even when he mentioned being betrayed and killed, they where more concerned with who would be the greatest..
If that ain’t the ambition devil i’m not sure what is..
So let’s do sleep study real quick!!!

1. Obstructive sleep apnea is a sleep disorder in which breathing is briefly and repeatedly interrupted during sleep.
The "apnea" in sleep apnea refers to a breathing pause that lasts at least ten seconds.
Obstructive sleep apnea occurs when the muscles in the back of the throat fail to keep the airway open, despite efforts to breathe.
I.
I liken this to our Praise Life” many men in the body of Christ allow life interruptions to interfere with praising God..they put a pause on their praise..
They only hit play when things are going well, but the moment trouble comes.. pause… Don’t look but there are a few fellas in here thats on pause.. My 3 yr.
old member Mel Mel was in service last week praising God hard.. (and conviction kicked in) He’s 3 and hasn’t gone thru nothing but he has a reason to praise me, you have gone thru hell and your sitting watching him… what’s obstructing your praise!! Go (In)
2. Periodic limb movement disorder is repetitive cramping or jerking of the legs during sleep.
It is the only movement disorder that occurs only during sleep
i.
I liken this to our Worship Life.. Now first let me say that Praise and Worship is as different as a thought and a feeling is but sometimes we can’t tell the difference.
A man’s worship is so vital, that no one should serve in church until he has established a strong worship life style..  “Get out of here, Satan,” Jesus told him.
“For the Scriptures say, You must worship the LORD your God and serve only him.
II.
When you find a repetitive jerking & cramping while you worship its because break through is close, so the enemy of your mind comes to distract your worship..And it only seems to Come at you when you need to be in worship, sometimes football cramps your worship, sometimes overtime cramps your worship, sometimes looking the sisters tight skirt while she is jumping up and down cramps your worship.. Nudge somebody with ashy elbows and ask them what cramps your worship….
Listen you MUST Worship the Lord..
3. Narcolepsy: The most prominent symptom is extreme daytime sleepiness.
Others are sleep attacks during normal activities, Cataplexy (sudden loss of muscle tone), triggered by emotions Hallucinations and sleep paralysis, Disrupted nighttime sleep.
I liken this to our prayer life: In my opening statement I mentioned that fact that these disciples weren’t delivered they where called, being called and delivered are two different things.. Notice that callings where invitations to follow (come follow me) but once a deliverance occurred they didn't need an invitation, but notice that all that requested to follow where always denied by Jesus.
NLT  Instantly the leprosy disappeared, and the man was healed.
43 Then Jesus sent him on his way with a stern warning: 44 “Don’t tell anyone about this.
Instead, go to the priest and let him examine you.
Take along the offering required in the law of Moses for those who have been healed of leprosy.*
This will be a public testimony that you have been cleansed.”
45 But the man went and spread the word, proclaiming to everyone what had happened.
As a result, large crowds soon surrounded Jesus, and he couldn’t publicly enter a town anywhere.
He had to stay out in the secluded places, but people from everywhere kept coming to him.
As Jesus was getting into the boat, the man who had been demon possessed begged to go with him.
19 But Jesus said, “No, go home to your family, and tell them everything the Lord has done for you and how merciful he has been.”
20 So the man started off to visit the Ten Towns* of that region and began to proclaim the great things Jesus had done for him; and everyone was amazed at what he told them.
NLT Soon afterward Jesus began a tour of the nearby towns and villages, preaching and announcing the Good News about the Kingdom of God.
He took his twelve disciples with him, 2 along with some women who had been cured of evil spirits and diseases.
Among them were Mary Magdalene, from whom he had cast out seven demons; 3 Joanna, the wife of Chuza, Herod’s business manager; Susanna; and many others who were contributing from their own resources to support Jesus and his disciples.
No Watch This!!!
If Jesus had taken Mary, Joanna & Susanna to the garden and those women would have discerned that their pastor was beginning to be sorrowful and very heavy.. Before Jesus could have open his mouth they would have started a prayer meeting.
And the minute he confessed My soul is exceeding sorrowful, even unto death: tarry ye here, and watch with me.
Those sisters would have bombarded heaven… and they would have drowned out his three prayers with all the interceding they would have been doing up in that garden..
