How many people want more out of life!
The Bible speaks of mysteries; Jesus spoke of the mystery of the kingdom of heaven, the mystery of Rapture, and the great mystery of Christ and the church.
And one subject that is still a mystery to most Christians today is the Blood of Jesus Christ.
However, God never speaks of the blood as a mystery.
So I believe that He wants you and me to know all about the dynamite benefits that are ours through the Blood of Jesus.
The first thing that I want examine is this: What is the power of the blood?
In order to comprehend the power of the blood of Jesus we will first need to take a look at the Old Testament Counterpart: the Sacrificial Blood of “Bulls and Goats”.
for the life of the flesh is in the blood: and I have given it to you upon the altar to make an atonement for your souls: for it is the blood that maketh an atonement for the soul.
It was the shed blood upon the altar, the death of a spotless animal, which brought about the atonement or covering for sin!
I want you to see that the very Presence of God was above the mercy seat by virtue of the shed blood sprinkled there!
It doesn’t matter what other works or talents, skills or abilities you might have.
I doesn’t matter how wonderful your church is, it doesn’t matter if you have a musician that can play on keys that are net even on the keyboard.
I don’t care if you have singers that can sing so high that they can crack stain glass windows; I don’t care if you have a pastor that can preach so hard that he can stomp dust of a muddy pond.
If it is not through the blood you have nothing at all! Somebody say the Blood!
