Introduction

Acts 1:8 NASB95
but you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be My witnesses both in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and even to the remotest part of the earth.”
You shall receive power,
Not you could receive power, but you will receive power
You shall be my witnesses, not you can be, not you might be, but you shall be my witnesses. And, From here to the ends of the earth.
God made it, we broke it, Jesus fixed it.
What did God make?
God’s original purpose is to make man for fellowship
The purpose of Genesis One - two describes God’s original purpose. then what happens when the enemy gets in is described in . G

From that point on the bible focuses on one thing - that is the restoration of God’s original intention
For the sake of his name God didn’t destroy Israel in the wilderness ()

The consummation of all things is that God might be praised ().
