It is very clear that the gospel that saves adding one to the church includes teaching about the Holy Spirit..

Acts 2:36-
These 12 did not hear that there was a Holy Spirit so it is also clear that they have not recieved the right baptism or we can say they have been baptized wrong.
The great commission tells us...
mt 28:18-

It is commonly said, you cannot be taught wrong and baptized right.

Those outside the church do not teach for admittance into the church.
Baptists do not teach for admittance into Catholicism.

You might say, “don’t all Churches preach the word of Christ?
The answer would be no.
They teach man made doctrines; they teach teach history; they teach philosophy; they teach modern techniques to build organizations; they teach messages whose priority is to serve man.
Men have largely abandoned religion that serves God and pointed the way on how to worship Him.
Instead today religion is great made up of teaching that scratches pur own desires.
Not every thing you hear religiously ends up at the right place.
Wrong directions given and followed will take you to the wrong destination.
[There was a time in my life and yours when we said like these 12 disciples in Ephesus, we have not even heard that there was a “Church of Christ’”.
So it is very important what you hear because it largely determines where you go…]
