In fact, almost every page of the Bible is filled with stories of grace.
Over the next few weeks, we are going to talk about grace.
Not trying to define it, but trying to bring it to life.
To see it at work in the pages of the Bible and see how it brings us life today.
Today, we our sermon is entitled “When Grace became Flesh.”
See God is a God of grace, but he is also a God of Justice and because He is a God of Justice he cannot just let sin go.
Someone had to make atonement for our someone and that someone is God himself in the human form of Jesus.
2 Corinthians 5:21
We understand this to be grace!
So John begins his gospel message by proclaiming this transformation.

The ultimate expression of God’s grace is Jesus coming to earth, living with us and offering himself up for our sins.
Grace is not something we can earn, it is a gift that is freely given by God.
Grace is the core message of the gospel.
Titus tells us that it teaches us to say “No” to the things of this world.
God’s grace is unending, but we can choose to not accept it.
