After All That I still Don’t Smell Like Smoke…

Daniel 3:1–30 NCV
King Nebuchadnezzar made a gold statue ninety feet high and nine feet wide and set it up on the plain of Dura in the area of Babylon. Then he called for the leaders: the governors, assistant governors, captains of the soldiers, people who advised the king, keepers of the treasury, judges, rulers, and all other officers in his kingdom. He wanted them to come to the special service for the statue he had set up. So they all came for the special service and stood in front of the statue that King Nebuchadnezzar had set up. Then the man who made announcements for the king said in a loud voice, “People, nations, and those of every language, this is what you are commanded to do: When you hear the sound of the horns, flutes, lyres, zithers, harps, pipes, and all the other musical instruments, you must bow down and worship the gold statue that King Nebuchadnezzar has set up. Anyone who doesn’t bow down and worship will immediately be thrown into a blazing furnace.” Now people, nations, and those who spoke every language were there. When they heard the sound of the horns, flutes, lyres, zithers, pipes, and all the other musical instruments, they bowed down and worshiped the gold statue King Nebuchadnezzar had set up. Then some Babylonians came up to the king and began speaking against the men of Judah. They said to King Nebuchadnezzar, “O king, live forever! O king, you gave a command that everyone who heard the horns, lyres, zithers, harps, pipes, and all the other musical instruments would have to bow down and worship the gold statue. Anyone who wouldn’t do this was to be thrown into a blazing furnace. O king, there are some men of Judah whom you made officers in the area of Babylon that did not pay attention to your order. Their names are Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego. They do not serve your gods and do not worship the gold statue you have set up.” Nebuchadnezzar became very angry and called for Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego. When they were brought to the king, Nebuchadnezzar said, “Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, is it true that you do not serve my gods nor worship the gold statue I have set up? In a moment you will again hear the sound of the horns, flutes, lyres, zithers, harps, pipes, and all the other musical instruments. If you bow down and worship the statue I made, that will be good. But if you do not worship it, you will immediately be thrown into the blazing furnace. What god will be able to save you from my power then?” Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego answered the king, saying, “Nebuchadnezzar, we do not need to defend ourselves to you. If you throw us into the blazing furnace, the God we serve is able to save us from the furnace. He will save us from your power, O king. But even if God does not save us, we want you, O king, to know this: We will not serve your gods or worship the gold statue you have set up.” Then Nebuchadnezzar was furious with Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, and he changed his mind. He ordered the furnace to be heated seven times hotter than usual. Then he commanded some of the strongest soldiers in his army to tie up Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego and throw them into the blazing furnace. So Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego were tied up and thrown into the blazing furnace while still wearing their robes, trousers, turbans, and other clothes. The king’s command was very strict, and the furnace was made so hot that the flames killed the strong soldiers who threw Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego into the furnace. Firmly tied, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego fell into the blazing furnace. Then King Nebuchadnezzar was so surprised that he jumped to his feet. He asked the men who advised him, “Didn’t we tie up only three men and throw them into the fire?” They answered, “Yes, O king.” The king said, “Look! I see four men walking around in the fire. They are not tied up, and they are not burned. The fourth man looks like a son of the gods.” Then Nebuchadnezzar went to the opening of the blazing furnace and shouted, “Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, come out! Servants of the Most High God, come here!” So Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego came out of the fire. When they came out, the governors, assistant governors, captains of the soldiers, and royal advisers crowded around them and saw that the fire had not harmed their bodies. Their hair was not burned, their robes were not burned, and they didn’t even smell like smoke! Then Nebuchadnezzar said, “Praise the God of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego. Their God has sent his angel and saved his servants from the fire! These three men trusted their God and refused to obey my command. They were willing to die rather than serve or worship any god other than their own. So I now give this command: Anyone from any nation or language who says anything against the God of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego will be torn apart and have his house turned into a pile of stones. No other god can save his people like this.” Then the king promoted Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego in the area of Babylon.

1 John 5:4–5 KJV 1900
For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith. Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God?
1 John 5:4 NLT
For every child of God defeats this evil world, and we achieve this victory through our faith.
John 16:33 AV
These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.
One Thing Christians Must beware of is the Spirit Of Compromise..
(accept standards that are lower than is desirable, to risk harming or losing something important, to behave in a way that is not honest by doing things that do not agree with what you previously believed in )

19So shall they fear

The name of the LORD from the west,

And His glory from the rising of the sun;

When the enemy comes in like a flood,

The Spirit of the LORD will lift up a standard against him.

Everyone Of Us in this Room will be challenged sooner or later, to Choose between what is righteous or unrighteousness.. And it Will be according to your level of understanding and how you respond to what is righteousness..
Making a Stand For God can be lonely....
And it easier when that stand doesn’t effect your family or personal space… But what do you do when someone your close too does something wrong and if you say something they could go to jail. But its wrong..
For example your son, he has molested someone and you are the only one besides the victim that knows.. What do you do?
Lets flip the script.... Your son was molested by someone and only the family member of the perpetrator and your child knows who did it… what would you want to be done??
You see many of the things your experiencing on your job, in your home with your spouse, with your kids, with your siblings, with your friends, babies daddy, babies Momma.
Watch this..the things your experiencing with your finances, with your health are a direct connect to the standard of Holliness you have decided to live.
Tap Your neighbor and tell them what ever your directly connected to is the road map to your destiny....
Nebuchadnezzar in his 2nd year as kings had an un settling dream which he required his magicians, the astrologers, the sorcerers, and the Chaldeans to tell the king his dreams and then interpret his dream, no one had the ability to do this and therefore the command was given to destroy all the wise men of Babylon.
magicians, the astrologers, the sorcerers, and the Chaldeans to tell the king his dreams
When word gets to Daniel whats about to happen, he tell his three friends that night they sought the mercies of God..

19 Then the secret was revealed to Daniel in a night vision. So Daniel blessed the God of heaven.

When Daniel shared and interpreted the dream there was nothing left to do but Promote Daniel..
I promise you promotions come from the Lord.. The question is can you stand to be blessed.
With promotion comes favor..
With promotion comes favor..
Daniel petitioned the king, and he set Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-Nego over the affairs of the province of Babylon; but Daniel sat in the gate of the king.
petitioned the king, and he set Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-Nego over the affairs of the province of Babylon; but Daniel sat in the gate of the king.
Promotions & Favor push you to the spot light...
The King made an image of gold that required everyone (all peoples, nations, & languages)to bow and worship once the music began to play.
Your first test in bigg blessing is how you handle it.. Will it make you worship other gods?
The three jewish boys didn’t allowing there position get to there head. They publically and privately held a standard.
NLT states in verse 8 the astrologers went to the king and told on the jews.
( Please note when the Lord promotes you, handle yourself wisely because witches & warlocks are watching)
2.) Stand for Something Or Fall for everything..

That decree also states that those who refuse to obey must be thrown into a blazing furnace

Nebuchadnezzar flew into a rage and ordered that Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego be brought before him. When they were brought in, 14 Nebuchadnezzar said to them, “Is it true,

15 I will give you one more chance to bow down and worship the statue I have made when you hear the sound of the musical instruments.*

16 Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego replied, “O Nebuchadnezzar, we do not need to defend ourselves before you. 17 If we are thrown into the blazing furnace, the God whom we serve is able to save us. He will rescue us from your power, Your Majesty. 18 But even if he doesn’t, we want to make it clear to you, Your Majesty, that we will never serve your gods or worship the gold statue you have set up.”

3) You can always tell the Intensity Of Your Future Anointing by you present fire of affliction..
I. The Kings anger distorted his face with rage.
II. He command that the furnace be heated seven times hotter than usual.
III. He ordered some of the strongest men of his army to bind them, & throw them in the blazing furnace.
iv. The three Hebrew boys where thrown in (bound) tied up & thrown in the furnace, fully dressed in their pants, turbans, robes and other garments.
V. The heat represented how angry the King was & the flames killed the soldiers that threw the three men in. ( tell some body no weapon)
4. No Matter how hot it gets your never alone...
I. They Fell into the flames..
( i warn adjutants & folks that serve leadership) Not everyone can serve leaders because when the flames hit leadership it hits those close first..
Watch this.. if thats the case then when blessing hits leadership.. guess who gets hit first..
Suddenly while Nebuchadnezzar was waiting for the screams and cry for help and the crackle of flesh burning in the furnace. He jumped up in amazement..
God is about to shock all these witches & demons who have tried to set you up to be burnt in the fire....
Neb said wait we threw three in right??
But i see 4 men loose not bound walking in the midst of the fire, and they have not hurt; and the form of the fourth is like the Son of God …
The King called them out the fire!!! He Threw them in the fire but he had to call them Out The Fire...

27 And rthe princes, rgovernors, and rcaptains, and the king’s lcounsellers, being gathered together, saw these men, supon whose bodies the fire had no power, nor was an hair of their head singed, neither were their ecoats changed

Come on Please look at someone and minister this..
That Fire doesn’t have any power.........over your life.
So stop tripping… God is with U
Some of the stuff we worry about and get overwhelmed with is the result of the fire burning in your life.. And you have to ask yourself is God bigger than my problem or is my problem bigger than God..
And if God is bigger than your situation please take 3 min and bless God. Big God Big Praise!!
So Not a hair on their heads where singed, and their clothing was not scorched
But after all the hell they went thru they didn’t smell like smoke..
Please tell someone you don’t look like what you been thru..
Psalm 66:12 KJV 1900
Thou hast caused men to ride over our heads; We went through fire and through water: But thou broughtest us out into a wealthy place.
