Is God able to perfectly express and communicate to his people? Yes.

How? Revelation.
How has God done that? His Word, the Word, or the Bible.
The Bible is God’s Revelation to Man.
“All Scripture is inspired by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness.”

Inspired is the Greek word theopneustos. Within this word are two words, theos meaning “God” and pneuma meaning “spirit” or “breath”.
Thus, inspired would mean God breathed and all scripture is God breathed. It does not come through human reasoning, but by God’s revelation. Furthermore, the vehicle or the way of revelation is the Holy Spirit, so man receives God’s revelation by inspiration.
Inspiration is a divine influence or action on a person believed to qualify him or her to receive and communicate sacred revelation.
The truth or revelation was given to man, and it was transmitted to man through human language.

words taught by human wisdom, but in those taught by the Spirit, combining spiritual
thoughts with spiritual words.”
Putting spiritual thought with spiritual words is the work of the Spirit of God. God did not leave it up to man’s wisdom to transmit divine truth. The Spirit of God moved the men who recieved the revelation.
Who received the revelation?
The prophets and the apostles, and the words that were revealed, written, and spoken are to be trusted.
“But know this first of all, that no prophecy of Scripture is a matter of one’s own interpretation,
for no prophecy was ever made by an act of human will, but men moved by the Holy Spirit spoke from God.”
20 For He was foreknown before the foundation of the world, but has appeared in these last times for the sake of you 21 who through Him are believers in God, who raised Him from the dead and gave Him glory, so that your faith and hope are in God.

Just as the logos (what is logos?) became flesh and dwelt among us, so must the spoken Word find a house to inhabit.
Where is the house? Once the word of God finds a place to inhabit, it will bring forth the life and the character of God.
If you want to know The Father, you must know Jesus; if you want to know Jesus, you must read your Bible. As you read, the characteristics of God will surface, and you begin to see him.
Beloved, now we are children of God, and it has not appeared as yet what we will be. We know that when He appears, we will be like Him, because we will see Him just as He is.
“…when he appears or when we see him, we shall be like him.”

Allowing the word of God to come in us is what transforms us and makes us like Him
: holy, righteous, pure, and sinless.
David said in

The Word of God is to dwell or make it house in you.
“Let the word of Christ richly dwell within you, with all wisdom teaching and admonishing one another with psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with thankfulness in your hearts to God.”

The word of God comes in through three ways:

How will you know what God said it if you never heard him say it?
Don’t just trust others, read the Bible for yourself. Always come to church with a Bible.

I must say some have read other books about the Bible more than they read the Bible. There is nothing wrong with reading other books, but the Bible has to be the foundation, not what others happen to write about the Bible.

Let’s say you know me, and you always had access to me. But instead of coming to me to find out about me, you went to others to find out about me. It would be one thing to have access to me then go to others to further your knowledge of me.

Which yields its fruit in its season
And its leaf does not wither;
And in whatever he does, he prospers.
To meditate means to ponder, regurgitate, think aloud, consider continuously, and utter something over and over again. Meditating on the word of God can be likened to putting a dry sponge in water. Meditation is the process of filling our self with the word of God just as the sponge is filled with water.
This book of the law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do according to all that is written in it; for then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have success.

Notice the “book of the law”. What is that? The Bible, which shall not depart from your mouth.
How do you not let the Bible depart from your mouth? Meditate on it.
When? Always.
Why? So that you can do what is written in it.
How will you know what is written in it if you don’t read it?
What is the result? You will make your ways prosperous.
Who will? You will.
We need to get to the point where we love the word of God.
David said in
O how I love Your law!
It is my meditation all the day.

The goal of meditation is to make truth a part of your life, to make the word flesh.
Bill Gothard’s technique of meditation:
1. Memorize -brings your mind into focus on the word
2. Visualize -create mental picture of the word
3. Personalize -apply the truth to yourself
4. Melodinize -respond to God in praise by singing the word
Meditation is the method of bringing the word before our minds, into our hearts, then out of our mouths.
“Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in Your sight.”

Mediation gets the word of God in your heart.
Now the word heart in the Hebrew is the word leb, which means “mind” or “thoughts”. Remember, you cannot separate one from his thoughts.
“As in water face reflects face,
So the heart of man reflects man.”
