A worrisome state is limiting.
It prevents me from reaching my truest potential.
Consciousness with each breath reminds me that I have the blessing of life.
I feel a sense of gratitude and motivation.
Even the toughest challenges are manageable when I choose to acknowledge my blessings.
It is easy to feel panicked by having to make a tough decision at work, but I rise above the worry.
Recognizing the opportunity in front of me gives me inner peace.
Those tough decisions give me a chance to exercise my professionalism and authority.
I resist the urge to cower from the fear of my colleagues' opinions.
I confront the challenge and embrace my role through consciousness of my purpose.
Challenges of tomorrow rarely affect my ability to enjoy today and be thankful.
The present moment deserves my full attention and I commit to giving it.
Reminding myself that I am unable to change past disappointments or control future situations is freeing.
