Confidence in the Lord is more than a cliche

The Lord grabbed the prophet Isaiah by the Spirit and shook him warning him not to see the nation’s condition as everyone else did.

God instructed the prophet and his followers not to yield to the social, political, and religious pressures of Judah because they were not hearing from God. God’s grace left his people, only the prophet and the remnant were still standing for the Lord.
