Faith Living Part 2
Hebrews 11:1 NKJV
1 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.
Confession Of Faith
I am not moved by what I see or by what
I feel. I am moved by what I believe.
I believe the WORD of God.
The victory is mine! I have it now!
I can see it through the eyes of my faith!
The Objects Of Faith

The objects of, are

a. God. Joh 14:1.

b. Christ. Joh 6:29; Ac 20:21.

c. Writings of Moses. Joh 5:46; Ac 24:14.

d. Writings of the prophets. 2 Ch 20:20; Ac 26:27.

2. Jesus Christ

29 Jesus answered and said to them, “This is the work of God, that you believe in Him whom He sent.”
Acts 20:21 NKJV
21 testifying to Jews, and also to Greeks, repentance toward God and faith toward our Lord Jesus Christ.
Faith is commitment—the commitment of your total being and life to Jesus Christ. It is your commitment of all you are and have to Jesus. It gives Jesus everything; therefore, it involves all of a your affairs. You trusts Jesus to take care of his past (sins), your present (welfare), and your future (destiny). You entrust your whole life, being and possessions into Jesus' hands. You lay yourself upon Jesus' keeping, confiding in Him about your daily necessities and acknowledging Him in all the ways of life. You follow Jesus in every area and in every detail of life, seeking His instructions and leaving his welfare up to Him. It is simply commitment of a your whole being, all you are and have, to Jesus. 3. The Gospel
3. The Gospel
Mark 1:15 NKJV
15 and saying, “The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand. Repent, and believe in the gospel.”
4. Promises of God
Romans 4:21 NKJV
21 and being fully convinced that what He had promised He was also able to perform.
Hebrews 11:13 NKJV
13 These all died in faith, not having received the promises, but having seen them afar off were assured of them, embraced them and confessed that they were strangers and pilgrims on the earth.
It is impossible to please God with out Faith
Hebrews 11:6 NKJV
6 But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.
It is impossible to please God without faith. By faith is meant a living, active faith, a faith that knows and follows God, communes and fellowships with God. It does not matter what a person does; without faith you cannot please God. It is utterly impossible to please God without faith.
What does this mean? You will never be acceptable to God nor accepted by God. Without faith you will never live with God, not in this world nor in the next world. Without faith, you have to plow through this life all alone and handle all the trials, temptations, sufferings, accidents, diseases, and death by yourself. Without faith, you stand all alone in this world—utterly without God. It is impossible for you to please God.

But he who doubts is condemned if he eats, because he does not eat from faith; for whatever is not from faith is sin.
