3 He shall be like a tree Planted by the rivers of water, That brings forth its fruit in its season, Whose leaf also shall not wither; And whatever he does shall prosper.
4 The ungodly are not so, But are like the chaff which the wind drives away.
5 Therefore the ungodly shall not stand in the judgment, Nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous.
6 For the Lord knows the way of the righteous, But the way of the ungodly shall perish.
Introduction:
Planted by the rivers of water,
last week we discussed the need to be grateful to God for many things.
we talked about not walking in the way of the world which is not Grateful, but greedy.

God’s Purpose for Personal Prosperity (NKJV) 3 He shall be like a tree Planted by the rivers of water, That brings forth its fruit in its season, Whose leaf also shall not wither; And whatever he does shall prosper.

because you are by the rivers of water when it is your season you will be loaded with the maximum capacity of fruit because your spiritual life keeps you well irrigated.

55 “O Death, where is your sting?
O Hades, where is your victory?” 56 The sting of death is sin, and the strength of sin is the law.
57 But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
58 Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your labor is not in vain in the Lord.
