How can I know the will of God? How can I be what God wanted me to be? How to be successful:
Trust in the Lord and have full dependance on Him!!!
Trust in the Lord with all your heart
and lean not on your own understanding;
in all your ways submit to him,
and he will make your paths straight.

It’s hard to trust someone you don’t know.
How do you get to know Jesus?
Through Prayer (when you ask, you must seek His word)
Devote yourselves to prayer, being watchful and thankful. And pray for us, too, that God may open a door for our message, so that we may proclaim the mystery of Christ, for which I am in chains. Pray that I may proclaim it clearly, as I should.

Don’t be afraid of the will of God
Do you know what the will of God is for your life?
“My food,” said Jesus, “is to do the will of him who sent me and to finish his work.

Devote yourselves to prayer, being watchful and thankful. And pray for us, too, that God may open a door for our message, so that we may proclaim the mystery of Christ, for which I am in chains. Pray that I may proclaim it clearly, as I should. Be wise in the way you act toward outsiders; make the most of every opportunity. Let your conversation be always full of grace, seasoned with salt, so that you may know how to answer everyone.

That we are Spirit Filled -

Why ask God who to marry, what college to go to, what people to hang out with if you aren’t spirit filled.
That we would be sanctified-
It is God’s will that you should be sanctified: that you should avoid sexual immorality;

Fear - Fear of the unknown -
When the disciples saw him walking on the lake, they were terrified. “It’s a ghost,” they said, and cried out in fear.
But Jesus immediately said to them: “Take courage! It is I. Don’t be afraid.”
Fear of the unknown -
An attitude of anxiety or distress, caused by concern over a threat to one’s future. Scripture provides numerous examples of situations in which fear is experienced. It declares, however, that God alone is to be feared, and moments of human fear can be opportunities for deepening faith in him.

How to Know God (prayer and His word)
Will of God - through salvation, wisdom, spirit filled, sanctification
Fear of God’s will - replace fear with trust in God’s Will
Faithful Direction

We Must TRUST in GOD:
The Lord is a refuge for the oppressed,
a stronghold in times of trouble.
Those who know your name trust in you,
for you, Lord, have never forsaken those who seek you.
