Introduction:

Like watching horror movies and I was always talking to the screen.
"Don't do it" because you knew what was coming, they were about to die.
That was what created the fear because they didn't know what was coming.
2. This is the same thing that causes us fear because we don't know what is coming.
So we are afraid for the future.
3. God continually reminded Joshua "Do not be afraid" and God gives us the same reminder and encouragement.

This morning we are going to look at how Joshua faced the future with NO Fear.

We don't know what is ahead, but God does.
So, Joshua faced the future with No Fear and there are 4 things we need so that we can face the future with No Fear.
1. Facing the Future takes Prayer and Preparation

We pray and then we prepare for God's answer

God has already taken across the Red Sea

Faith of tomorrow, built on the faith of the past
- God is who he says He is and He does what He says He will do
- We don't take the risk to trust Him.
- Afraid so we don't try
