Living By Faith

Romans 10:17 NKJV
17 So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
Confession Of Faith
I am not moved by what I see or by what
I feel. I am moved by what I believe.
I am moved by what I believe.
I believe the WORD of God.
The victory is mine! I have it now!
I can see it through the eyes of my faith!
What Is Faith?
Hebrews 11:1 NKJV
1 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.
Hebrews 11:1 NCV
1 Faith means being sure of the things we hope for and knowing that something is real even if we do not see it.
faith (noun)
1.complete trust or confidence in someone or something.synonyms:trust, belief, confidence, conviction;
synonyms:trust, belief, confidence, conviction;
2.strong belief in God or in the doctrines of a religion, based on spiritual apprehension rather than proof.
Faith is the doorway to abundance!
Faith is the key to unlimited blessings!
Faith is the key to unlimited blessings!
How faith operates is like a law – When you apply faith it is a sure, steadfast and unchanging as Jesus himself and it applies to every area of your life
Spiritual, mental, physical, financial, relational and professional! As a believer, As a follower of Christ, Faith should cover every area of your life
Jesus has given us his Faith!
Colossi
Colossians 2:3–4 NCV
3 In him all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge are safely kept. 4 I say this so that no one can fool you by arguments that seem good, but are false.
Jesus has given to each of us his faith, not a portion but all of it! Everything he has and is has been given to us in full measure
In Paul says all treasure of wisdom and knowledge are hidden in him! That’s what I’m talking about, because that’s where I am
Colossians 2:9–10 NCV
9 All of God lives fully in Christ (even when Christ was on earth), 10 and you have a full and true life in Christ, who is ruler over all rulers and powers.
Colossians 2:9–10 NKJV
9 For in Him dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily; 10 and you are complete in Him, who is the head of all principality and power.
Philippians 4:13 NCV
13 I can do all things through Christ, because he gives me strength.
It’s up to you just how far we go with the faith that God has given us! The only limits on the growth of our faith are there, because we put limits in place Not because God has limited us in ANY way
The growth of my faith and your faith is directionally proportion to the time spent developing it
Romans 10:17 NKJV
17 So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
Faith Is born out of the WORD – that’s why faith becomes easy for the person who spends time in the WORD
Mark 4:1–20 NCV
1 Again Jesus began teaching by the lake. A great crowd gathered around him, so he sat down in a boat near the shore. All the people stayed on the shore close to the water. 2 Jesus taught them many things, using stories. He said, 3 “Listen! A farmer went out to plant his seed. 4 While he was planting, some seed fell by the road, and the birds came and ate it up. 5 Some seed fell on rocky ground where there wasn’t much dirt. That seed grew very fast, because the ground was not deep. 6 But when the sun rose, the plants dried up because they did not have deep roots. 7 Some other seed fell among thorny weeds, which grew and choked the good plants. So those plants did not produce a crop. 8 Some other seed fell on good ground and began to grow. It got taller and produced a crop. Some plants made thirty times more, some made sixty times more, and some made a hundred times more.” 9 Then Jesus said, “Let those with ears use them and listen!” 10 Later, when Jesus was alone, the twelve apostles and others around him asked him about the stories. 11 Jesus said, “You can know the secret about the kingdom of God. But to other people I tell everything by using stories 12 so that: ‘They will look and look, but they will not learn. They will listen and listen, but they will not understand. If they did learn and understand, they would come back to me and be forgiven.’ ” 13 Then Jesus said to his followers, “Don’t you understand this story? If you don’t, how will you understand any story? 14 The farmer is like a person who plants God’s message in people. 15 Sometimes the teaching falls on the road. This is like the people who hear the teaching of God, but Satan quickly comes and takes away the teaching that was planted in them. 16 Others are like the seed planted on rocky ground. They hear the teaching and quickly accept it with joy. 17 But since they don’t allow the teaching to go deep into their lives, they keep it only a short time. When trouble or persecution comes because of the teaching they accepted, they quickly give up. 18 Others are like the seed planted among the thorny weeds. They hear the teaching, 19 but the worries of this life, the temptation of wealth, and many other evil desires keep the teaching from growing and producing fruit in their lives. 20 Others are like the seed planted in the good ground. They hear the teaching and accept it. Then they grow and produce fruit—sometimes thirty times more, sometimes sixty times more, and sometimes a hundred times more.”
The Seed Is The Word Of God
Mark 4:26–29 NCV
26 Then Jesus said, “The kingdom of God is like someone who plants seed in the ground. 27 Night and day, whether the person is asleep or awake, the seed still grows, but the person does not know how it grows. 28 By itself the earth produces grain. First the plant grows, then the head, and then all the grain in the head. 29 When the grain is ready, the farmer cuts it, because this is the harvest time.”
