False Teachers are Present 2:1-3

They were in the Old Testament times, they are here presently
They bring destructive heresies ( false statements about God)
“Denying the Master that bought them”, infers they were once believers. v.1
“Swift destruction” is inevitable if they persist.
following their sensuality leading to blaspheming truth
false words motivated by greed leads to exploitation
Condemnation is not idle, their destruction is not asleep
