This guide will walk you through importing a lead list into the Auto Dialer, these steps will ensure you and the client have a great experience J
Navigate to ringcentral.incontact.com and sign in (do not Launch Agent upon Login)
1. Select Calling from the drop down menu, pathway and screen shot below for reference.
Personal Connection>Lists>Calling

2. Choose Select File

This will open the Call List setup Menus

Skill – Select “Leads – Your Name”
Leads – Same Name of the Leads you’re working
List Expiration Date: By Default set for X Days
List Name: This should be the same name as the Lead List you are working.
Click the NEXT button.
Field Mapping
Make sure the box is checked for Header this will help ensure that the Auto Dialer gets the correct info from the Lead List.

Review the Map Destinations, and Map Data Fields
The critical ones are
Phone – So the auto dialer can call the client
External ID – So the Auto Dialer pulls the BD account before calling the client.
ZIP – It will skip inactive Time Zones, no waking people up!
Caller ID – So it shows your number when calling the client on their caller ID
Email – So that you can easily send an automated email to the client when you leave a Voice Mail.
Click the NEXT button.
It will process on its own select DONE
Once the list is uploaded you need to activate Skill Control
Personal Connection>Outbound>Skill Control

Select the correct Skill which is “LEADS – YOUR NAME”file:///C:\Users\JEREMI~1.DOY\AppData\Local\Temp\msohtmlclip1\01\clip_image008.jpg
Select the Start Button

This will allow you to use that list and skill on your Thin Agent.
You can minimize this window.
If not already open, Launch Thin Agent.
Select Auto Dialer file:///C:\Users\JEREMI~1.DOY\AppData\Local\Temp\msohtmlclip1\01\clip_image010.png
That will add the “Automated Outbound” menu to your Thin Agent.
Select your skill from the blue drop down (Leads – Your Name) file:///C:\Users\JEREMI~1.DOY\AppData\Local\Temp\msohtmlclip1\01\clip_image011.png
And select Click file:///C:\Users\JEREMI~1.DOY\AppData\Local\Temp\msohtmlclip1\01\clip_image012.png
Your Softphone will ring, but you are not yet calling the client, this will pull the BD for the person you are about to call, and allow you to check notes to see if you can call the client, and then preview the account, add notes, anything you normally do before calling a customer, when you select “Accept” you will now be calling the customer.
