Introduction
Today we are continuing our study in the book of 2 Thessalonians.
Paul is approaching the end of this letter.
So let me ask you a question: How is your prayer life?
You know, most of us pray for our needs.
Many of us pray prayers like the Lord’s prayer.
Yet, what God wants is for us to pray prayers that focus our thoughts on what is important to Him.
In our passage today, Paul tells us that he wants us to pray.
If you have your Bibles, I want to encourage you to turn with me to 2 Thessalonians chapter 3.
Pray
2 Thessalonians
Pray that God’s Message may spread rapidly.
Pray that God’s Message may be honored.
Pray for the deliverance of righteous men from wicked and evil men.
Know that the Lord will strengthen & protect His people from the evil one.
Have confidence in the Lord.
Confidence in the Lord.
We are doing & will do what God has commanded.
God will direct your hearts to God’s love.
God will give you perseverance.
Paul’s Warnings

Those who are idle are not living according to Paul’s teachings.
Verses 7-10 Paul’s example.
Some among they are idle.
Instead of being busy they are busybodies.
Paul wants people to stop being busybodies and become busy!
(productive people)

Pray that Godly men will be filled with confidence!
Stop being a busybody!
And Get busy for Jesus!
