Cautions as Sin
Introduction: While this chapter may use the sin of adultery as its point, we can learn much about sin and it’s ways from it. Morals, and issues regarding morality plague this world and even the church where we may need help.

So then do not be foolish, but understand what the will of the Lord is.
And do not get drunk with wine, for that is dissipation, but be filled with the Spirit,

III. (Slide) Sin Always exacts its Price ()

IV. Sin is a thief- stealing what is already yours ()

“For nothing is hidden that will not become evident, nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light.
So don’t do things in private that you wouldn’t do in public before man and God for God is with you in the private places too.
Remember God is just and we will account to Him one day. (Slide)

VI. (Slide) Sin is costly when being released to sin ()

Conclusion: Paul in (Slide) - says we cannot continue in sin.
What shall we say then? Are we to continue in sin so that grace may increase?
we cannot try to lead a double life, God is the searcher of hearts and knows what you do. So pay attention to the warnings!
Invitation: Paul goes on in (Slide) and tells us what we are, where it happened and what we are to do.
Or do you not know that all of us who have been baptized into Christ Jesus have been baptized into His death?
Therefore we have been buried with Him through baptism into death, so that as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, so we too might walk in newness of life.
Walk in the newness of life, if not born again of water and spirit, lets take care of that now!
