I will guard my ways, that I may not sin with my tongue. Psalm 39-1

We all know that we are supposed to brush our teeth after every meal.  You know how to brush your teeth, but how do you correctly squeeze a tube of toothpaste?

Some squeeze the middle.

Some squeeze up here.

Ms Vicki tells me that the correct way is to squeeze from the bottom, like this.

Now that is the correct way, but now I have a problem. I have wasted an awful lot of toothpaste. Can I get some help putting the toothpaste back in the tube?

It won’t go back in?  That reminds me of something else that can’t be done. Nothig is so impossible as taking back the spoken word.  Have you ever been so mad that you said something ugly and then wished you hadn’t. Once those words come out of your mouth you can’t put them back in.

I will guard my ways, that I may not sin with my tongue.
