The Eyes of The Lord

2 Chronicles 16:9 NKJV
For the eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to show Himself strong on behalf of those whose heart is loyal to Him. In this you have done foolishly; therefore from now on you shall have wars.”
Proverbs 15:3 NLT
The Lord is watching everywhere, keeping his eye on both the evil and the good.
The Lord is
Proverbs 15:
I have some NEWS for You! God is watching. Some love the concept of God watching us, while other do not. It may be Good news to some and Bad news for others. But rather if we believe it or not, the Truth is God is Watching Us!
Right now, there are cameras everywhere. Everywhere you go someone is watching you. But what happens when it gets personal. One pointed directly at your face. This week as I got into my work truck, there was a pleasant surprise in the window. A Camera that is facing me, recording me all the time.
If you had camera in front of your face at all times, whether at your computer, in your cubicle, in your kitchen, in your bedroom, in your car, or where ever it may be where you work or go. Would it change what you do?
My answer would be no, but I was wrong.
Let’s be honest, none of like being watched all the time like this. There getting too close, they are invading our privacy.
We are fine with all the cameras around as long they don’t target me.

We Have A Natural tendency to want to hide!
Genesis 3:1–7 NLT
1 The serpent was the shrewdest of all the wild animals the Lord God had made. One day he asked the woman, “Did God really say you must not eat the fruit from any of the trees in the garden?” 2 “Of course we may eat fruit from the trees in the garden,” the woman replied. 3 “It’s only the fruit from the tree in the middle of the garden that we are not allowed to eat. God said, ‘You must not eat it or even touch it; if you do, you will die.’ ” 4 “You won’t die!” the serpent replied to the woman. 5 “God knows that your eyes will be opened as soon as you eat it, and you will be like God, knowing both good and evil.” 6 The woman was convinced. She saw that the tree was beautiful and its fruit looked delicious, and she wanted the wisdom it would give her. So she took some of the fruit and ate it. Then she gave some to her husband, who was with her, and he ate it, too. 7 At that moment their eyes were opened, and they suddenly felt shame at their nakedness. So they sewed fig leaves together to cover themselves.
Genesis 3:6-7
They immediately hid their bodies because of the shame of their nakedness.
The Hiding Began.
Genesis 3:8–10 NKJV
8 And they heard the sound of the Lord God walking in the garden in the cool of the day, and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the Lord God among the trees of the garden. 9 Then the Lord God called to Adam and said to him, “Where are you?” 10 So he said, “I heard Your voice in the garden, and I was afraid because I was naked; and I hid myself.”
Genesis 3:
They did not run until they heard the sound of His Presence, and heard and Heard his voice
They hid from God’s Presence and His Voice!
They hid from God’s Presence and His Voice!

By Default People will Hide from God’s Presence and God’s Voice

That is why you see America keeping
John 3:19–21 NLT
19 And the judgment is based on this fact: God’s light came into the world, but people loved the darkness more than the light, for their actions were evil. 20 All who do evil hate the light and refuse to go near it for fear their sins will be exposed. 21 But those who do what is right come to the light so others can see that they are doing what God wants.”
God’s Presence and Word exposes nakedness, darkness, sin and rebellion, shame, guilt, and makes you deal with it!
God’s Presence and Word exposes nakedness, darkness, sin and rebellion.
If you had camera on the front and a camera on in the rear, we are all good with that, WHY
Yow will understand the worth of His Word and the Power of His Presence!
Adam and Eve Hid, but God still Loved his Creation!

It’s Time to Stop Hiding!

There is no need to hide because God already knows what is in your heart anyways!

God is Watching: So We Must give an Account of our Lives!

Hebrews 4:13 NLT
13 Nothing in all creation is hidden from God. Everything is naked and exposed before his eyes, and he is the one to whom we are accountable.
Hebrews 4:12–13 NLT
12 For the word of God is alive and powerful. It is sharper than the sharpest two-edged sword, cutting between soul and spirit, between joint and marrow. It exposes our innermost thoughts and desires. 13 Nothing in all creation is hidden from God. Everything is naked and exposed before his eyes, and he is the one to whom we are accountable.
We are accountable for every idle word, faithless deed, every action and every inaction, we are accountable and there are consequences for the way we choose to live our lives. The consequence by Giving your Life in Surrender to Christ is Heaven. The consequence of living carelessly and however you want to live is hell. Eternal Separation from God!
Hebrews
We might be more careful in our decision making, and what we do with our time.
The first thing we must know is that God see’s Everything. If we truly believe that God knows sees everything you would do things differently.
Knowing that God is watching should change every way that we live!
Live as you are being Watched because you are!
