The Bait Catcher
Snares are defined as traps, purposed to hold, keep, and eventually submit the will of what is caught to its demise and Christians are not impervious to being stuck in a position that drains their faith and causes them to turn from God.
What snares bait Christians?
Because satan and his minions are not omni presence, snares set by him from before your time are set in places Christians, saints, elders, believers, normally walk.
This walk way rightly is called the path of righteousness, a way led by God but laden with snares.
Wait a minute?
You're telling me that God’s way of righteousness is laden with snares?
Yes! You're tripping!
No you're tripping!
See, the way to the path of life does not change.
Its a way known to men from centuries ago.
The way of life traces its roots back to Adam and ends at Christ.
I will not trace this path so for now read and soak it in.
He who has ears to hear, hear what God says.
For now the focus is on you and if you are trapped in a snare.
As believers of Christ Jesus who live in a world not made by Satan but God, we must run this world as children of God who pull down principalities and evil authorities but how can we command and take charge if we are in a snare?
Here is the word of God for you today.
This word will set you free and cause you to walk in the liberty of the Spirit of Christ.
"Therefore, since we have such a great cloud of witnesses surrounding us, let us also get rid of every weight and entangling sin.”
Snares is sin and sin entangles.
Sin is the bait that entangles Christians and the world aims at ensnaring the path of righteousness.
