Psalm 16:5–11 ESV

The Lord is my chosen portion and my cup; you hold my lot. The lines have fallen for me in pleasant places; indeed, I have a beautiful inheritance. I bless the Lord who gives me counsel; in the night also my heart instructs me. I have set the Lord always before me; because he is at my right hand, I shall not be shaken. Therefore my heart is glad, and my whole being rejoices; my flesh also dwells secure. For you will not abandon my soul to Sheol, or let your holy one see corruption. You make known to me the path of life; in your presence there is fullness of joy; at your right hand are pleasures forevermore.

5. Memorial Service for Barry will be in this Church on Tuesday at 14:30

6. Next month’s newsletter we will be doing a tribute to Barry – we invite members of the congregation to write in. The closing date for this will be Friday 21st April for your submissions.

7. After the morning service we wish to share information with you regarding the immediate way forward for the church following the passing of Pastor Barry. Members and adherents of the church are invited to stay behind after the service for this brief session.

8. There will be refreshments in the hall after the service

9. Most Bible Studies will be in recess during the school holiday. Please check with your leader when your group will recommence.

10. Next weekend is Missions Weekend. Commencing Friday evening with Missions Rally. Everybody is invited to attend all the activities. Please read the bulletin.

11. This may not be necessary.(We are looking to borrow wooden broomsticks for our mission’s weekend (preferably without the broom on the end). If you can lend them or the weekend, please bring them to the church office.)
