*PREPARATION*
The preparation to receive Holy Communion is very very important and the thanksgiving we make after communion is also very very important because we  receive the presence of Jesus in the Eucharist in the measure that we bring our presence  to Jesus in the Eucharist.
If we receive the Eucharist and our minds are in the market our communion with Jesus has been very shallow.
