The Spirit of Breakthough.
Jerehmaih 18:19

Potterys wheel.

In Gen. ch. 2 :5 5 When no zbush of the field2 was yet in the land3 and no small plant of the field had yet sprung up—for the Lord God had not caused it to rain on the land, and there was no man ato work the ground, 6 and a mist4 was going up from the land and was watering the whole face of the ground— 7 then the Lord God formed the man of bdust from the ground and cbreathed into his dnostrils the breath of life, and ethe man became a living creature.[1]

teasures in Jars of Clay

 2 Cor. 4: 7 But we have this treasure in pjars of clay, qto show that the surpassing power belongs to God and not to us. 8 We are rafflicted in every way, but not crushed; perplexed, but not driven to despair; 9 persecuted, but snot forsaken; tstruck down, but not destroyed; 10 ualways carrying in the body the death of Jesus, vso that the life of Jesus may also be manifested in our bodies. 11 For we who live are always being given over to death for Jesus’ sake, so that the life of Jesus also may be manifested in our mortal flesh. 12 So wdeath is at work in us, but life in you.

[2]

Vessel is used… a vessel .. making a wine.. remove the bitterness.. it keep getting poured until the gregs were we moved… we are to be vessles of honor…  our vessels.. God reaches down and makes the clay and he fasens the cleay…

Ideal of treasure… it has vaule… you have value … I have vale… you worth more to God then you could every know.. the cross…

Your life as a vessel is an instrument designed by the Potters hand to get the bitterness out of life… There in lies the problem.. when we are vessesl that are broken.. the bitterness remains….. and we miss our opertunity and mission in life to remove the bitterness and Sweeten Life…. God has called you to sweeten life… make it taste and deliouse for your self and everyone else in your life…

But you can’t when your broken…

We created by the In justcus of life…

Life hs a way of demeaning the  value of our vessel.. we are still human while we are still human..  (Lightingly pounding the vessel on the pulbit..) life beats the vessel.. pressure is applied.. concentrated presseure…

Wood gravel.. represents unjustices that come your way…..

 Hab. 2:9 “Woe to him who builds his realm by unjust gain.

Luke 18:2 He said,   there was an unjust judge..“In a certain city there was a judge who tneither feared God nor respected man.
You cannot do life without.. unjust people and unjust situations coming your way…

Yet it is not just …the woode gravel of  Injustce that that will break you down,

Life has has a way of upgrading the pressure from wood gravel to hammers of steel.

The Hammer becomes steel. When pounds you will the pressure of:

  1. Family breakup and diviorce.
  2. You check and you Bank account reveal you are broke
  3. It pounds when your Body is broken down.
  4. When you have a nevous breakdown..
  5. Many wonderful people fail to reach their  purpose because of Church splits.

All of these areas of brokenness can leave a long lasting residue of bitter. That can taint every aspect of life…

And the hammer of life pounds us… and before we know it we have this great big sign haning on our countances, carreers and character READS.. Life “Out of Order:

Broken down, busted, kaput, wrecked, had it. Shattered, cracked, smashed, darmaged, ruined,  DESTROYED….

Image.. to Heal the Hurting (Broken vesssle to whole vessel)

In weariness we have a breaking.. we get locked into brokenness

Life is not fair… our vision..
we see our selves as finished… it over.. we are a busted up person…

Jeremiah.. ch.19: 10 “Then vyou shall break wthe flask in the sight of the men who go with you, 11 and shall say to them, ‘Thus says the Lord of hosts: So will I break this people and this city, xas one breaks a potter’s vessel, yso that it can never be mended.[3]

And as if we are insane.. we try to comfort the pain of our brokenness by applying the balm contantly picking at our wounds with the jagged piceces of our  wreckage..

Job. 2:8 Job he took a piece of broken  veessles to scrape his boils.

Some pieces in you use some how.. carry something with a broker pice..

I will assure you that the brokenness of your life… in a pertual state.. in not the intent of the Potter and he had something greater in mind.. He has a better ideal.. that you

None of those broken piece were the intended use of the vessel.. the Pottey had something else in mind..

Lots of people live like disguards… this happened… I’m marred by diviorce.

Bankrocly..   where we these boken vessels thrown to a place called gehnna.

A lot of pastors settle for being a potsir because they have a story..

Vally of gehenna.. a dumping ground.. Jesus used a 11 times for hell

The broken live in hell. A dumping.. latter be called the dung gate. Or the potsir gate. A  place where all the trash go…in the mist .. is a ruble of broken dreams…

We get so comfortable in brokenness.. we get settle living wounded, of maimed..

Hell won that one… I will just have to live that way… it that abuse did not happen to me… I still have some use.. (hold up a part of the broken pice)

God did not send His Son to the cross so you would have to life a life time member of the disgards… it’s time to burn you membership card to that clup.. get up from the ashes and make something beautiful out of your lfie.. make something deliouse and sweet out of your toemmors..

But we lingers. In genna..  we linger in feces.. we linger in dung.. we linger in crap. We linger in _____________ . You fill in the blank..

If this had not have happened..

If that would have not happened..

If things could have been different.

If that decision would have not been made..

(life does not wait for the wounded)

If I could have a converstion with just you… tune out every one …just you and me..you are living like a pothir instead of a treasure… living in the dung gate instesd of the trearue you are

Ps. 31:11 Because of all my adversaries I have become ja reproach,

          especially to my kneighbors,

     and an object of dread to my acquaintances;

          those who see me in the street lflee from me.

12      I have been mforgotten like one who is dead;

          I have become like na broken vessel.

13      For I ohear the whispering of many—

          terror on every side!—

p     as they scheme together against me,

          as they plot to take my life.

[4]

     s     rescue me from the hand of my enemies and from my persecutors!

16 t     Make your face shine on your servant;

          save me in your steadfast love!

17      O Lord, ulet me not be put to shame,

          for I call upon you;

     let the wicked be put to shame;

          let them go vsilently to Sheol.

18      Let the lying lips be mute,

          which wspeak xinsolently against the righteous

          in pride and contempt.

19      Oh, how abundant is your goodness,

          which you have stored up for those who fear you

     and worked for those who take refuge in you,

     y     in the sight of the children of mankind!

20      In zthe cover of your presence you hide them

          from the plots of men;

     you astore them in your shelter

          from the strife of tongues.

21      Blessed be the Lord,

          for he has wondrously bshown his steadfast love to me

          when I was in ca besieged city.

22      I had said in my dalarm,2

     “     I am ecut off from fyour sight.”

     But you heard the voice of my pleas for mercy

          when I cried to you for help.

23      Love the Lord, all you his gsaints!

          The Lord preserves the faithful

          but abundantly hrepays the one who acts in pride.

24 i     Be strong, and let your heart take courage,

          all you who wait for the Lord!

[5]

 my strength fails because my waste.. I am forgotten.. I am like a broken vessel..

A Vessel Who’s high purpues and what he etched across your heart… the beaity of your life. Is beaten you down… you life like a discard….. break though..

Is there joy for brokenness… if not it only increases our hopelessness….

I would like you to fastfoward for a couple of hundren years…. Jeremiah…

Neheremiah is a picture of the Holy Spirit.. rebuilding our lives… comfort

11 lSo I went to Jerusalem and was there three days. 12 Then I arose in the night, I and a few men with me. And I told no one what my God had put into my heart to do for Jerusalem. There was no animal with me but the one on which I rode. 13 I went out by night by mthe Valley Gate to the Dragon Spring and to nthe Dung Gate, and I inspected the walls of Jerusalem othat were broken down pand its gates that had been destroyed by fire. [6]

Ch. 2:10 A man had come to seek the well being of the children of  Isreal

The Holy Spirit has come for your well being.. God has come here to seek you well being..

2:13.. He is out surveing he looks at the dung gate.. the broken pots..

He is walking in the midst of the broken pots…walking in the midst of the brokenness.

That what we do.. (picture of boken pot. ) you must walk though you potsire .. your broker dreams ..there is one here for your well being… he is surveying the broken is is thinking of your welll being…

Jer. 2:13  For two evils hath My people done, Me they have forsaken, a fountain of living waters, To hew out for themselves wells—broken wells, That contain not the waters.

John 7: 37 y, Jesus stood up and cried out, z “If anyone thirsts, let him acome to me and drink. 38 Whoever believes in me, bas1 the Scripture has said, c ‘Out of his heart will flow rivers of dliving water.’ ” 39 Now ethis he said about the Spirit, fwhom those who believed in him were to receive, gfor as yet the Spirit had not been hgiven, ibecause Jesus was not yet glorified.

You life is ruine for one reason.. you have allowed bitterness of the preasures of life to crack you up.. and you are not allowing your self to be continurely refilled with the Holy Spirit…

Holy Spirit tommorw night..

[7]

You have been broken up what you need.. is a Holy Spirit Break though.

The Holy Spirit is coming for break thought.

Four cycles of  break though

1.      Believe in the one who believes in you.

 (you can trust this pottery. If he allows you to be broken he will reshape you to the vessel he wanted you to be.
Ps. 22: 12      Many bulls encompass me;

     p     strong bulls of qBashan surround me;

13      they ropen wide their mouths at me,

          like a ravening and roaring lion.

14      I am spoured out like water,

          and all my bones are tout of joint;

     my uheart is like vwax;

          it is melted within my breast;

15      my strength is wdried up like a potsherd,

          and my xtongue sticks to my jaws;

          you lay me in the dust of death.

16      For ydogs encompass me;

          a company of evildoers zencircles me;

Jesus has been broken for you..

     they have apierced my hands and feet1

17      I can count all my bones—

     they bstare and gloat over me;

18 c     they divide my garments among them,

          and for my clothing they cast lots.

19      But you, O Lord, ndo not be far off!

          O you my help, dcome quickly to my aid!

20      Deliver my soul from the sword,

          my precious life from the power of ethe dog!

21           Save me from fthe mouth of the lion!

     You have rescued2 me from the horns of gthe wild oxen!

22 h     I will tell of your name to my ibrothers;

          in the midst of the congregation I will praise you:

23      You who jfear the Lord, praise him!

[8]

   by body is dried up like a pot.. this is my body

Luke 4:18  The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted,[9]

spirit of the Lord is upon me.. this

2 Cor. 5:17 Therefore, if anyone is iin Christ, he is ja new creation.1 kThe old has passed away; behold, the new has come.[10]

The renewer..

2.      Do not believe the lie of pity.
(life is not fair, it is not. Fair.. teaching moments.. pity will make you life as a discard.. you will be handlecapped by pity…on your self… the unfair.. things will not governor your life…

You life is as bright as the promise of God.. get over your pity party.

You do not understand…

      3. Develop a fighting Spirit..
       eph. 6:13 Therefore ptake up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in qthe evil day, and having done all, to stand firm. 14 Stand therefore,

          this is a war.. you signed up for battle..
          It is about the Kingdoms of this world becoming the Kingdoms of our Christ..
          I want to be compssion.. but get a back bone.. and stand up , if you can stand up  raise a finger… Johhn sit down… teacher.. sit..down… on the inside I am going to be standing. Up..l

3.      Relax in the Hand of the Potter.

Is. 45:9  Woe to him who strives with him who formed him,

          a pot among earthen pots! Does the clay say to him who forms it, ‘What are you making?’

          or ‘Your work has no handles’? 10 Woe to him who says to a father, ‘What are you begetting?’

         good great.. we have more things to help us.. we have all the aids to

         Lights and media… will only get us to good not greatnes… the great is the annonting.. you only find the great in the Annointing of the Holy Spirit.

       Greatest is when you know what you doing is way beyond you… and you cannot take create for it because. It would be a lot less..

     The Holy Spirit was walking though the rubble. He has something in mind… we wants to take all this stuff..

Neh. 12. 27 And at qthe dedication of the wall of Jerusalem they sought the Levites in all their places, to bring them to Jerusalem to celebrate the dedication with gladness, with thanksgivings and with singing, rwith cymbals, harps, and lyres. 28 And the sons of the singers gathered together from the district surrounding Jerusalem… 30 And the priests and the Levites spurified themselves, and they purified the people and the gates and the wall.

31 Then I brought the leaders of Judah up onto the wall and appointed two great choirs that gave thanks. tOne went to the south on the wall to uthe Dung Gate.

[11]

(try to put it all back to gether.. I can’t figer my self out I do not know were all the pieces go…  when I put my self toghere I just have more bokeness….

But if I content for what God had for me…
God takes the Glory of the latter vessel is greater that the latter (new vessel is much larger the smaller)

Reve. 21:5 I make all things new.. not all new things..
