Before we move on to those definite characteristics, I think it is somewhat unusual that people are able to feel the full spectrum of emotions.
I believe that most people are trying to stay away from certain feelings or flatten their feelings, so that they don’t hurt so bad.
Nevertheless, there are some definite characteristics that set apart those with the secure attachment style.
