Father, we come to you to invoke your blessing…

On this gathering to dedicate this new facility…

…may your favor and blessing be upon this station as it stands to serve in the preservation of human life and property in this community…

Father, we come to you to invoke your blessing…

On those of us who have gathered here today…

…local officials and state representatives and members of our community—be present to this gathering that we may know your favor, peace, and blessing…

Father, we come to you to invoke your blessing…

On those who will serve this community through this facility…

…fire fighters and emergency medical personnel who will in the course of carrying out their duty from time to time put their lives in jeopardy—we ask for your sovereign and divine protection and blessing that as they serve they may do so faithfully and without fear…

Father, we come to you to invoke your blessing…

On those who will be served in this community…

…that we and the area in which we live will be known as a place of blessing and rest where your favor overshadows us and protects us…

Lord bless us and keep us;

Lord make your face shine upon us…

be gracious to us…

Lord lift up your countenance upon us…

And grant us your peace…
