5 And upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.
Everyone that has eyes to see Rome is Babylon of the apocalypse.
Festivals, doctrines, priesthood, and the Pope represent Balthazar.
7 For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way.
7 Babylon hath been a golden cup in the Lord’s hand, That made all the earth drunken: The nations have drunken of her wine; Therefore the nations are mad.
Idolatry prior to the Mosaic Period

28 This also were an iniquity to be punished by the judge: For I should have denied the God that is above.
Bound neck and head to the priests - the priests would mete out all that would be known
One corruption after another, until it is tolerated.
