Last week we look at the subject of praying audaciously. We found that audacious prayer is not just an inspired and emotion-filled prayer; IT IS A PRAYER OF FAITH IN GOD. Therefore, it is bold, fearless, and unashamed to ask God for the supernatural. It is a faith that is convinced that with man, it is impossible, but with God, all things are possible. Audacity implies a boldness that may not always be appropriate but is always daring. The dictionary uses such phrases as “recklessly brave” and “recklessly bold in defiance of convention, propriety, law, or the like.” The Bible is full of audacious prayers of many who sought God in faith and desperation! We also saw that audacious prayer never gives up. Luke 18:1–5 “1 One day Jesus told his disciples a story to show that they should always pray and never give up. 2 “There was a judge in a certain city,” he said, “who neither feared God nor cared about people. 3 A widow of that city came to him repeatedly, saying, ‘Give me justice in this dispute with my enemy.’ 4 The judge ignored her for a while, but finally he said to himself, ‘I don’t fear God or care about people, 5 but this woman is driving me crazy. I’m going to see that she gets justice, because she is wearing me out with her constant requests!’ ”” Audacious prayer is praying according to His word. It Keeps Going and these prayers produce wonderful results. Audacious prayers is what our country needs. Today we’re going to look at how to pray audaciously.
Mark 11:22–24 NKJV
22 So Jesus answered and said to them, “Have faith in God. 23 For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says. 24 Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them.

Daring Prayers to Produce Miracle Breakthrough!

Jesus was teaching His disciples to pray believing whatever the asked for in prayer would be done. It might be audacious to us but it is nothing to God who can do all things. God is eager to answer audacious prayer because it delights Him to see us trusting Him to do supernatural and miraculous things. He wants to do that through us so He gets all the glory.
James 5:16–18 NKJV
16 Confess your trespasses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much. 17 Elijah was a man with a nature like ours, and he prayed earnestly that it would not rain; and it did not rain on the land for three years and six months. 18 And he prayed again, and the heaven gave rain, and the earth produced its fruit.

Fervent Prayers that Avail Much!

God responds to the fervent prayers of the righteous!
Some of the things we need to pray for fervently are:
* Churches to awake, return to God and obey all of His mandates
All sons and daughters to return to faith in God
Supernatural provisions for missions
Missionaries to be raised, trained and sent to all nations
Reach and see the younger generations saved
Romans 12:12 NKJV
12 rejoicing in hope, patient in tribulation, continuing steadfastly in prayer;
1 Samuel 1:15–17 NIV
15 “Not so, my lord,” Hannah replied, “I am a woman who is deeply troubled. I have not been drinking wine or beer; I was pouring out my soul to the Lord. 16 Do not take your servant for a wicked woman; I have been praying here out of my great anguish and grief.” 17 Eli answered, “Go in peace, and may the God of Israel grant you what you have asked of him.”

Persistent Prayers - Not Giving Up!

We pray never giving up no matter what challenges we face. Hannah never gave up. Because of that Samuel was born who became one of the greatest prophets of the Old Testament! He became the prophet who crowned not only Saul, but David a man after God’s own heart!
Matthew 6:6 NIV
6 But when you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father, who is unseen. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you.

Secret Prayers - Rewarded Openly!

Romans 4:16–22 NIV
16 Therefore, the promise comes by faith, so that it may be by grace and may be guaranteed to all Abraham’s offspring—not only to those who are of the law but also to those who have the faith of Abraham. He is the father of us all. 17 As it is written: “I have made you a father of many nations.” He is our father in the sight of God, in whom he believed—the God who gives life to the dead and calls into being things that were not. 18 Against all hope, Abraham in hope believed and so became the father of many nations, just as it had been said to him, “So shall your offspring be.” 19 Without weakening in his faith, he faced the fact that his body was as good as dead—since he was about a hundred years old—and that Sarah’s womb was also dead. 20 Yet he did not waver through unbelief regarding the promise of God, but was strengthened in his faith and gave glory to God, 21 being fully persuaded that God had power to do what he had promised. 22 This is why “it was credited to him as righteousness.”

Praying and Not Wavering at the Promises!

Audacious prayer does not waver even when the situation seems utterly hopeless. Abraham never wavered at the promise that he would be the father of many nations. He knew God would be able to do what He promised!
Matthew 17:19–21 NKJV
19 Then the disciples came to Jesus privately and said, “Why could we not cast it out?” 20 So Jesus said to them, “Because of your unbelief; for assuredly, I say to you, if you have faith as a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you. 21 However, this kind does not go out except by prayer and fasting.”
Daniel 10:2–3 ESV
2 In those days I, Daniel, was mourning for three weeks. 3 I ate no delicacies, no meat or wine entered my mouth, nor did I anoint myself at all, for the full three weeks.
Daniel 10:10–14 ESV
10 And behold, a hand touched me and set me trembling on my hands and knees. 11 And he said to me, “O Daniel, man greatly loved, understand the words that I speak to you, and stand upright, for now I have been sent to you.” And when he had spoken this word to me, I stood up trembling. 12 Then he said to me, “Fear not, Daniel, for from the first day that you set your heart to understand and humbled yourself before your God, your words have been heard, and I have come because of your words. 13 The prince of the kingdom of Persia withstood me twenty-one days, but Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me, for I was left there with the kings of Persia, 14 and came to make you understand what is to happen to your people in the latter days. For the vision is for days yet to come.”

The Power of Fasting and Prayer!

Daniel fasted and prayed which gave Him the power to remain faithful to God even when those who were jealous of Him wanted to kill him. Gabriel was held up for 21 days but because of the King of Persia. But Michael came to help as Daniel all the while was fasting and prayong.
