If you have every read through Romans

Then you have read Paul's rhetorical questions

Which when read out loud they are so obvious that you almost laugh when you read them

Paul is not being mean but he is being clear

Romans 3:1 NASB95

1 Then what advantage has the Jew? Or what is the benefit of circumcision?

To the Jews in Rome this was an honest question

For those of us who have read The Rest of the Story

We know this is a question that Paul already knows the answer to

It is not like Paul is asking because he is really intersted or doesn’t know the answer
