Love Good

Romans 12:9 NIV
Love must be sincere. Hate what is evil; cling to what is good.
we cannot be two minded -
good and evil cannot co-exist
love the good things of God
listen to the Spirit
read the Scriptures
act on godly wisdom
resist the devil, submit to God
do right because it is the right thing to do
Galatians 6:9 NIV
Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.
easy to get tired
to get discouraged
to lose faith in yourself and others
there is great hope in Jesus
we must consider the kingdom perspective

Kingdom Perspective

continue to do right no matter what
Jesus has called us to be holy, to be righteous
this has to be our focus
follow the Spirit to stay renewed in your spirit and mind
the Spirit that lives within will drive a spirit of holiness in you
Isaiah 40:29–31 NIV
He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.
this promise can be applied to every God moment and God action
remind yourself of this promise daily
make it a habit - more so a way of life
it will energize your love in action
it will sustain your endeavours
it will enable you to keep going
