God has brought salvation to all the peoples of the earth

An Amazing Message (9-12)
God proclaims that the promised Savior has been born on earth unto you
This should bring great joy and remove fear because all of God’s promises are good promises (vs 11 reminding us of God’s promise in Isaiah 9:6 that the Saviour will be the Prince of Peace, God in human flesh)

किनभने हाम्रा निम्ति एउटा बालक जन्मिएको छ, हामीलाई एउटा पुत्र दिइएको छ; अनि शासन उहाँको काँधमाथि हुनेछ; अनि उहाँको नाम अद्भुत सल्लाहकार, शक्तिशाली परमेश्वर, अनन्तकालका पिता, शान्तिका राजकुमार कहलिनेछ ।
The God of the Bible is a God of love and this is shown in the birth of his son, Jesus Christ (John 3:16, 1 John 4:9-10)
God’s sign is that the Savior has come not as a conquering king in a palace but as a humble child in a manger
God came to where we are to bring salvation and peace
Jesus was born in the city of David because this is the plan that God has been working on since the beginning. God’s promise are true promises

An Amazing Song (13-14)
The birth of Christ brought glory to the one true God who is above all others
This was God’s ultimate plan to reclaim his glory from all his enemies
God had this planned from the beginning of time and his plans were not thwarted (1 Peter 1:20)

उहाँ साँच्चै संसारको उत्पत्तिभन्दा पहिल्यै ठहरिनुभएको थियो, तर यी अन्तिम समयहरूमा उहाँ तिमीहरूका निम्ति प्रकट हुनुभयो ।
The birth of Christ brought peace and goodwill to all mankind
Jesus is the Savior who brings God’s salvation to sinful people
God has reconciled the world to himself throught the person of Jesus Christ (2 Corinthians 5:19) God was in Christ

The shepherds went with haste to see the things that were proclaimed to them
Today my hope is that you would respond with haste
God’s word is true and the more you study out the things of the Bible the more you see it is true
The shepherds believed so much that they told others about the things they had seen and heard
Today my hope is that you would understand why it is so important for us to share these things with you.
We have experienced the goodness of God and the peace that comes from the salvation taught in the Bible and we want cannot keep it to ourselves
The shepherds glorified and praised God for allowing them to do see and hear
Today my hope is that you would give glory to God for allowing you to hear about the birth of Jesus
God is seeking you and wants to be you Savior if you would simply trust in him and call out to him for salvation from your sins
