Matthew 28:18–20 “And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.”
The mission was and is to make disciples and teach them the ways of God
To tell the good news of the Kingdom
The first mission was to the house of Israel Mt. 10:6 but he also tell them not to go to the gentiles
Matthew 10:5 “These twelve Jesus sent forth, and commanded them, saying, Go not into the way of the Gentiles, and into any city of the Samaritans enter ye not:”

But go rather to the lost sheep of the house of Israel.

we have been given an assignment that will last until god calls us home
we have so many different opportunities to carry out our jobs

Youth Department
Choir
Young People
Evangelism
Church growth come through all of these departments
We much be ready to train people to love God practice his word and show them the word by living it
But even so their duty of teaching derives from the authority of the risen Lord (v. 18). So they are to teach not their own ideas, but what Jesus has “commanded,”
