Rulers of this age - A reference to earthly rulers such as the Jewish chief priests and the Roman procurator Pilate, who sentenced Jesus to die.

Hell is mad because of Christ’s Victory on the Cross.
14 by canceling the record of debt that stood against us with its legal demands. This he set aside, nailing it to the cross. 15 He disarmed the rulers and authorities and put them to open shame, by triumphing over them in him.
He was triumphing over them. The image is of a triumphal Roman military procession. The defeated king, with all his surviving warriors and the spoils of war, was paraded through the streets of Rome as a public spectacle for all to see.

Whatever size of objects had been taken, or whoever it was that had been abducted, David brings them all back.
