Verse 31
refers back to verse 31
if god is for us, who can be against us
we have a friend, an ally in Jesus
we are locked into the fullness of God’s blessings
nothing can take this from us
except for our unbelief or disobedience
More Than Conquerors
More Than Conquerors
a conqueror sets the rules and the culture
we were living under the culture of Satan
the powers and principalities of the kingdom of darkness was ours
lies, guilt, regret, foul language, gossip, evil
we are called to something much higher
Him Who Loved Us
Him Who Loved Us
our authority and power can only be realized in Christ
without Jesus, we are mere humans
we have no authority in ourselves - we gave it to the devil
Christ loved us by dying on the cross
the shackles of death were broken for good
the life he lives he gives to us
that life comes with all authority and power
Authority Power and Dominion
Authority Power and Dominion
authority bestows power
power is total within its dominion
Christ has total authority and power over all dominions
we have this authority - we are given his name
we have unlimited power in Christ’s dominion
What to Do
What to Do
belong to Jesus means living a different life
we are to change our mindset, thoughts, words and actions
most important is to learn how to use the authority of Christ
take the gift of spiritual power and wield it in faith
