3. When you let God in, When you breathe you become aware of everything you need to leave behind. What do you need to leave behind tonight? What’s stressing you, concerning you, scaring you?

What have I done to deserve to live rather than someone else.
And when you slow down your life, that it’s God, it’s in Yod, Hey, Vav, Hey that we live, we talk, we hope … and we breathe.
