Welcome/Series Recap/Connection to DBS
This morning we are going to continue our series on Testimony by spending some time studying and sharing together.
Last week I spent a good chunk of the message on vulnerability and growing in relationship with each other as a vital step in stepping out of our comfort zone.
This morning we are going to be introduced to a new form of discipleship through bible study.
This is a form of study that LMC is utilizing as a form of discipleship and growth from the top down. This is a format that is used in faith communities around the world from church plants to churches with history and deep roots.

What do we want to discover?
Deeper relationship with God!
Deeper relationships with each other by sharing with each other!
Discover what the Holy Spirit is speaking to us today.
Discover Something worth sharing with someone else this week!

Bible
All of this discovery takes place within the confines of the Biblical story.
We are what scholars call, “people of the book” and as anabapists, we believe that this book is best read, interpreted and applied in community!
Study
Study
Although, this is not a test we have to study for, this is not a read the word and talk about something else but a digging into and Dwelling in the Word in such a way that we walk away from the text transformed to live and love more like Jesus.
