Matthew 11:25–30 NKJV
25 At that time Jesus answered and said, “I thank You, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that You have hidden these things from the wise and prudent and have revealed them to babes. 26 Even so, Father, for so it seemed good in Your sight. 27 All things have been delivered to Me by My Father, and no one knows the Son except the Father. Nor does anyone know the Father except the Son, and the one to whom the Son wills to reveal Him. 28 Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. 29 Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. 30 For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.”

1. There is no joy in judgement, yet judgement is coming.

1 Corinthians 3:12–15 NKJV
12 Now if anyone builds on this foundation with gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, straw, 13 each one’s work will become clear; for the Day will declare it, because it will be revealed by fire; and the fire will test each one’s work, of what sort it is. 14 If anyone’s work which he has built on it endures, he will receive a reward. 15 If anyone’s work is burned, he will suffer loss; but he himself will be saved, yet so as through fire.
1 Corinthians 4:5 NKJV
5 Therefore judge nothing before the time, until the Lord comes, who will both bring to light the hidden things of darkness and reveal the counsels of the hearts. Then each one’s praise will come from God.
Hebrews 9:27 NKJV
27 And as it is appointed for men to die once, but after this the judgment,
For the Christian we are not worried about heaven or hell. at least i’m not concerned about my eternity. what I do concern my self with what He thinks about what I am doing with what He gave me.
am I walking in what he called me to? or am I looking at the things that he called me to with the eyes of my flesh not considering my faith?
Matthew 19:26 NKJV
26 But Jesus looked at them and said to them, “With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.”
God can do what he wants with me and with you! we seem to believe that when it comes to consequences, however we seem to struggle that the same God can use the gifts talents and testimony to show his glory!
Luke 1:53 NKJV
53 He has filled the hungry with good things, And the rich He has sent away empty.
when it comes to God and His glory, let God be God over you.
Matthew 11:26–27 NKJV
26 Even so, Father, for so it seemed good in Your sight. 27 All things have been delivered to Me by My Father, and no one knows the Son except the Father. Nor does anyone know the Father except the Son, and the one to whom the Son wills to reveal Him.

2. Jesus does not reveal Himself to those who seek wisdom for the sake of that wisdom, but the Spirit reveals Jesus to those who seek…

John 14:7 NKJV
7 “If you had known Me, you would have known My Father also; and from now on you know Him and have seen Him.”

Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded. 9 Lament and mourn and weep! Let your laughter be turned to mourning and your joy to gloom. 10 Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and He will lift you up.
