I. We Are Full of Self, Not Jesus vs. 1
A. Christianity isn’t living for Jesus, but dying to self, so Jesus can live through you. Rom. 12:1
And so, dear brothers and sisters, I plead with you to give your bodies to God because of all he has done for you. Let them be a living and holy sacrifice—the kind he will find acceptable. This is truly the way to worship him.
“I have been crucified with Christ; and it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself up for me.
B. We only truly worship when we get ourselves out of the way.
C. Yahweh in His mercy, lets us become a living, walking, talking temple, but just like a church can become full of junk, we become too full of ourselves/junk. (What are we eating? ex)

A. We do this by filling up with the Holy Spirit. Eph. 5:18
And do not get drunk with wine, for that is dissipation, but be filled with the Spirit,
B. We renew our minds with Scripture, in context. Too many people rarely read the Bible. They pick and choose what they want to believe.
C. As our minds are renewed, our hearts catch this by proving it. Living by faith.

A. We might be thinking that we are doing this. That we are living in a worshipful attitude/lifestyle. But ask your spouse or closest friend. Someone that will be honest with you.
B. We all have blind spots, and areas that need work. We need a group of those who will lovingly speak the truth to us.
C. Then quit judging others, because you too can easily fall into the same traps that they are facing.
D. When we’re fully surrendered our focus is on Jesus, and how we are following Him, and not following Him. That is when Yahweh gives us sound judgment and how to worship Jesus.
